Premium Support

Telephone Support

All of our products include 48 hour email support for the first 90 days following your purchase. To receive free telephone support you must open a support ticket and if the issue cannot be resolved using the ticketing system the service agent will schedule a phone call.

Paid Support Options

If you have a special integration need, need help walking through the installation, or need support after the initial 90 days you can purchase premium support. When you purchase premium support you will be provided with a private support telephone number.

Premium Support Prices 

Per-Incident $350 Help resolving a single issue without an assurance contract or to force a telephone conference before a support ticket is opened. If the issue is determined to be caused by a bug in our software, you will not be charged. Credit card details must be provided in advance.
Per-Hour $150/hr Custom development or integration, developing a custom feature, or design guidance. Time is billed per hour or any portion of an hour with a 3-hour minimum per project paid in advance.
Custom RIS $75/hr Additional server development or integration development when purchased with one of our Rapid Integration Services.

Assurance Program

The Assurance Program is maintained by XHEO to provide ongoing support, security updates, feature updates and fixes to licensed users of our products. If you purchased more than 90 days ago, you will need an Assurance Contract to install the latest version of DeployLX or receive free support.
