New Culture
Adds a new culture to the translation. You can copy from an existing culture or from the default culture.

Reload Resource

Reloads all the IDs and text from the original RESX file.

Options

Opens the translation options dialog.

Build

Compiles all the cultures into their corresponding satellite dlls.

Export

Saves all the cultures to individual RESX files that can be included as part of a VS.NET project.
